Master Chocolatier unveils new company - immediate Calgary space requirements for three stores of 700 -1,000 square feet

Bernard Callebaut, chocolat connoisseur and master chocolate, is pleased to announce the launch of his new company – papa chocolate.

Papa chocolat

papa chocolat plans on opening up to three retail locations in Calgary in 2011 and has engaged Michael L. Kehoe Commercial Real Estate Broker to facilitate the new locations.

papa chocolat will feature enticing new chocolate recipes, exciting new products and innovative packaging.

"I'm excited and ecstatic to be making chocolates again. We are so thankful for the overwhelming support and generosity we have received from Calgarians." said Mr. Callebaut.

The family oriented name, meaning 'father of chocolate,' originates from the Callebaut' Belgium lineage of four generations of talented Chocolatiers. His two young sons refer to him as 'Papa,' and he is training and preparing them to one-day carry on the chocolate tradition.

With his dedication to superior quality and innovative craftsmanship, Mr. Callebaut has received numerous international awards and accolades for his passion for chocolate and his distinct style. The introduction of his first store in Calgary in 1983 forever set the standard for chocolate excellence in the Calgary area and beyond, and he is set to raise the bar again.

Mr. Michael L. Kehoe at Fairfield Commercial Real Estate Inc. Ph 403-263-4100 mike@fairfieldcommercial.com is handling the expansion program on behalf of papa chocolat.
